ORDERS: For orders, please use the fax / internet order form. Please make sure to fill out the entire form in a legible manner. Please also remember to include the order number, product name as well as your complete address and a number where we can reach you should there be a problem. For those of you ordering via the catalogue, please send your order to LONDONSTORE Zug or fax your order to 041 727 70 97.

Postage: All packages are sent via SwissPost. We are unable to send orders to post box numbers, so please use your house address. You can expect your order within 2 business days if your order is to be delivered within Switzerland or Liechtenstein! Please take into consideration that your order might take longer during holiday periods. Postage and packaging is calculated at 8 percent of the total purchase price. The minimum postage rate is CHF 9.--. For orders to Switzerland or Liechtenstein above CHF 250, postage is free! For deliveries to EU countries, there is an additional surcharge of CHF 30.-. There will be no postage and packaging charges or additional surcharges for deliveries to EU countries for purchases of CHF 350.- and above. For other countries, we will send you your order at normal postage rates. This amount will be added to your credit card amount.

Customs for Deliveries to EU Countries: The Londonstore does not assume any responsibility for customs-related charges. Such charges will be paid by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges: You have the right to return or exchange goods within 10 days of receiving your order. You must send the item(s) in question, unused and in the original packaging, back to us in a box with sufficient postage as well as the confirmation form. Please include the reason for your return. If your order is damaged when you receive it, notify the deliverer immediately and have him/her assess it for you. Only then can we accept a damaged return.

Payment: Payment by invoice within 10 days after date of delivery - please fair pay! Only for regular Customers on personal request!

Secure Credit Card Transactions: The London Store uses a safe, encrypted system to ensure that credit card transactions are securely processed. Thanks to this system, any credit card information sent to The London Store can only be read by The London Store. Please note that all products remain the property of Londonstore until complete payment has been made.

Currency: The London Store' prices are in Swiss Francs. Customers outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein may purchase products by credit card only.
