Having trouble figuring out how this website works?

Viewing Products:
In order to view a particular category, you must click on the category under product search in the left hand column of your screen. You will then be required to choose a sub-category. Let us say that you have chosen the "CRISPS" category. You will then click on "WALKERS", for example, to see the WALKERS Products that we have.

Purchasing Products:
If you decide that you would like to purchase "WALKERS", you would first insert the quantity you would like (1,2,3,4, etc.) and then click on the sentence to the right of the product which reads "Add to order". You will then see an overview of what you have ordered along with the price and shipping costs. There are many opportunities to cancel your order should you so desire. Only after you have given your details and have selected "order now" will the order come to us.

Product Quantities:
It may happen that the quantity that you have selected does not appear on your order. Our website automatically checks to see if we have what you want to order in inventory. If we do not have the quantity that you have entered, our system will automatically insert the amount that we do have! We do receive regular shipments of inventory so keep checking the site!

Reserving Items:
Also, if you know that you will need a certain number of products for a certain time period, write us at ebraun@whiskyship.ch and, with pre-payment, we will reserve it for you.
