Postage and Packaging:
Postage and packaging for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein amounts to 8 percent of the total purchase price, but no less than CHF 9.-; for orders above CHF 250.- postage and packaging is free of charge.For deliveries to EU countries, there is an additional surcharge of CHF 30.-; for deliveries of CHF 350.- and more, there will be no postage and packaging charges or surcharges. LONDONSTORE does not assume any responsibility for customs-related charges.

VAT:
THE LONDONSTORE charges VAT as required by Swiss law. VAT is 2.4 percent on food products and 7.6 percent on non-foods, alcoholic products and gift baskets.

Gifts:
THE LONDONSTORE offers a wide selection of gift baskets for any occasion, and if we don't have one that fits your particular need, just email us at londonstore@gmail.com and we will assemble a basket for you. We will send them directly to the person(s) of your choice. Moreover, you can determine the text that should accompany your basket. Check out our "baskets" in our product section.

Pricelist:
We publish a pricelist, from which you can order by fax, mail, or phone. As our product range will be changing regularly, we will be updating our catalogue four times annually. In order to request a price list, write to: londonstore@gmail.com
